Ray Gauthier, Jr. is in his first year as Youth Pastor at Faith Baptist Church. He was ordained by Faith Baptist Church in June 2006. Ray is no stranger to working with youth though…

Ray has served with Straight Ahead Ministries NH for ten years, where he continues to serve today. He first served as a volunteer in 1996 at the YSC (Youth Services Center) in Manchester, NH. He became a full-time staff member with Straight Ahead in March 2000 as the New Hampshire Aftercare Coordinator. In April 2006, Ray was asked by the director of the YSC to fill the position of Chaplain/YSC Ministry Coordinator at the YSC.

Ray's responsibilities include coordinating the volunteers and Bible studies at the YSC, counseling teens, Chapel service at the YSC, receieving prayer requests, training new volunteers, mentoring, ministiner to the teens at County jails and prisons in NH and also presenting Straight Ahead Ministries to local churches here in NH.

Ray has a son (Ray Gauthier III) and two granddaughters (Brianna and Izabella).
